I don't work in the customer service department. I am part of the marketing team and have no way of looking at the emails that are sent to customer service. I am just replying to the comments that come through when I post a listing as part of marketing. We have hired two new employees to mitigate the problems we were having in customer service with slow response times. We have a new customer service manager that is taking the job very seriously and is already making great strides to improve our customer service.
