Pretty good deal but over 11lbs loaded it really heavy.
If you are on the fence about buying a .308 AR this is the one to buy. I have the gen 2 recon and I paid 1400.00 for mine. The SASS has more features for the same price.
I've owned the G2 RECON model for a couple years now. Never had any issues with it, never one jam. Also I get great accuracy out of it, giving they are handloads but still great accuracy. Great deal on this sass model for sure.
