That's more or less the $ amount included. $100 barrel, $100 BCG (generous), $100 upper and loose parts, and $100 lower build kit. Though PSA will sell a PTAC upper of similar quality for $190, a BCG for $80 and a plain PSA buold kit for another $80, shipped free. That frees about $50 that buys you a blem lower, so the whole carbine would be $400 + ffl fees.
