They send it immediately. You just make payments. It's not like layaway.
If it's like the other dealers I've dealt with in the past most likely wont ship to your FFL until its fully paid for.
I got mine a few months ago for 625 after credit card fees shipped... 575 after rebate. It's not a bad rifle, just keep in mind this is not the cheapest price ever, and as a DPMS g2 platform, there's not a ton of handguard options. It's a nice light ar10 though, lighter than most. 8lb stock trigger is quite spongy, you can install a trigger adjustment screw to remove much of the pretravel, or install an aftermarket trigger. Geissle (spelling?) Installed just fine for me. Accuracy is fine stock, 2-3 moa 5 shot groups with a cheap scope.
Hey aahyut. Find another 308 heavy barrel with 4 pay plan or not at this price? Keep counting your pennies.
Others have had this for <$700. No deal here.
Can’t find any or another ar10 for 600$
That was a comment made over 2 years ago.
I own a lot of rifles and this Oracle is near the top of the list. Flawless operation and 1-MOA accuracy. It's a little heavy - that's about the only negative IMO.
Currently a great price at $719. I'd buy another if I had storage for it.
Oracle AR-10 at the range: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MDkcPLpYhNw...
When I click Go to Store, price is $792... No deal.
Had to pull the trigger at this price. These are all over selling used for $900.
Seems like an excellent way to get into the 308 game. I have been impressed by the quality and performance of my DPMS Tac2.
I bought a bushy at 999 which I love but at this price might be worth a try.
I just got my first ar10 as well. Went with the DPMS GII. The innovations and weight savings were worth it for me. YMMV.
These are a good value - cheaper than you could build it, and a nice compact package. Only real downside is the lack of free floated handguard which is cheap and easy to swap out if it doesn't shoot well for you.
Any thoughts/experience with this 308. I know it's not the best in the world but for a low cost AR10? This would be my first 308.
I've had one for about a year, and its fired every kind of ammo I could find, even my questionable reloads! I replaced the trigger with a nickle boron coated one and had the barrel free floated. It now shoots right at minute of angle at 200 yards, and if I really have a good day, it gets down to 1.5" or so. Anyone who turns their nose up at this gun in favor of something else at twice the price is NUTS! If I lost it tomorrow, I would immediately go get another one!
So how does the 4 pay work? Do they send it out with the first payment, or does it simply work like lay away?
