Thank you for raising the "Red Flag". Reliability should be the number one consideration in the purchase of any personal defense weapon. These guns came on the market over eight years ago, and there is a wealth of both expert, and consumer reviews. I try to give more weight to resent reviews because many products may have issues early on, but get corrected by the manufacturer over time. Unfortunately Diamondback has not resolved many of the reliability issues in regards to this pistol. budsgunshop.com has received nine consumer reviews on this exact gun since November, 2017. Only two reviewers gave it 5 Stars, and three gave it 1 star. For me this paints a pretty dismal snap-shot of what to expect. I urge each of you to do your research before buying any weapon your life may depend on.
Only thing I ran into was never shoot +P in them, few of them KB'ed.
Overall I found favorable opinions.
I ended up getting a Taurus TCP for cheap and it's a nice pocket gun.
Like I said I don't really need another .380 so I wasn't planing on buying anyway.
DAMN! that's cheap.. I don't need another pocket .380 but that's a smoking price.
Ya...well.... you might want to do a little research on these guns and this company before you hit the "buy" button. Do yourself a favor and make an informed buying decision.
