They are currently out of upper receivers for the .308 and everything they do have is only being made for production. Which means unless you plan on buying an entire upper assembly instead of building, you may wanna pass. In other words it's impossible to find a upper receiver that'll fit cause db arnt producing them

Yes. DPMS pattern LR-308 uppers will not fit. That excludes nearly everything made by DPMS, Palmetto State Armory, Noreen, Aero Precision, and probably others that aren’t coming to mind.
This lower is for the true “AR-10” platform. You’ll need a true AR-10 upper from Diamondback, Armalight, or someone else using this specific platform.
Yes, the 308 magazine is required for a creedmoor AR build. As specified on their site, you'll need a compatible upper to this Armalite style lower.
Can i use this for a 6.5 creedmoor build
Right to bear is also selling this with 2 magazines for about $9 more. I ordered this and nearly everything to complete it in 6.5 creedmoor from the diamondback firearms website. The only thing I’m waiting on is the BCG to come back in stock.
