Dehydrated pineapple is mostly fiber and sugar with a bit of vitamins. Save your money. This won’t help your diet as much as rice, beans, and a multivitamin. This is a dessert ration at best

$30 plus shipping for five ounces, vs. sub-four bucks per POUND for dried pineapple elsewhere, vs. ~$1 for a 20 oz. can of "fresh" pineapple with a shelf life of up to several years.

What am I missing ... how is this a deal?
