I see very little nutrition in these bars. They are not much more than flour, sugar, oil and flavoring... There are little to no vitamins, minerals or protein. Im all for emergency rations but one could not do well depending upon these bars. There are MANY more options that have way more beneficial ingredients in an emergency situation. These may be light and easy to carry but thats the only real advantage I see. Take a look yourself at the ingredients and dietary info. Then find a few other well known survival rations for comparison. Even "Clif" bars have much more beneficial ingredients. Don't get me wrong I do like My Patriot Supply for alot of things, just not these... Also advertising "2400 calorie emergency ration bars" is a bit deceitful as well since each bar is only 200 empty calories.

I think every walmart is a little different when it comes to stock. These ones are in an orange package and sold in the camping section. Take a look next time you go to walmart, they might have some.

One can buy a 30-pack case of these 12-bar packs directly from the manufacturer for $135 + $25 shipping (it's 33 pounds) which comes out to about $110 cheaper for that quantity. That's a unit price savings of $3.61 per 12-pack.

What you do with 30 12-packs of these is up to you to determine, though. :D

Just skimmed over their website and the larger 3600 k Cal 20 packs are out. They do have the 2400 k Cal packages. Plus distilled non-perishable water!
