The Target II is a competition-ready Pre-B style SP-01 Shadow, featuring a CZ Custom trigger job with the new short reset single-action trigger, fully-adjustable rear sight, fiber optic front sight, stainless steel guide rod, lighter springs for competition (11 lb recoil and 13 lb main springs), extended magazine release, drop-free magazines and checkered aluminum grips. Created by champion shooter Angus Hobdell’s CZ Custom Shop to have trigger pulls of 3.0-4.0 lbs in SA and 7.5-8.5 lbs in DA.

These are custom guns that have some hand fitting, Maybe 1200.00, but that's it.It's not worth 3x Glock19's. You can get the SP01 for $636 with just about the same gun minus the 3lb trigger. Or the 01 for $550. There are just so many guns out now for 5-6 bills, unless you are a Pro competitive shooter you will never know the difference. The new CZ 10 is a sweet gun for $500.00.
I'd probably bite at a grand, but this is an excellent pistol.
Anybody know what the new pistol is that's coming out from CZ? It has "2" in its name and is even more expensive.
It is simply called the Shadow 2. It is really set up for USPSA and IPSC competitors.

That's a beautiful weapon. Wish I could afford it.
Cannot reccomend the bottom tier SP01 Shadow 91154 enough. Comparing the Target II to the Shadow I, Target II is $525 more (01/2021). Mods to a Shadow I (short trigger 10363 $100, czc hammer/disco $69, rear sight 10441 $90, guide rod $25) are $285 and make it almost identical to the Target version. Shadow has a decent amount of upgrades and would buy again without regret.
