Description
The iconic bullpup-style Steyr AUG has been one of the most recognizable rifles in the world since its adoption by the Austrian army in 1977 and is now available for civilian use as the Steyr AUG A3 M1, an ambidextrous rifle platform with an adjustable short-stroke, gas-piston operation chambered for 5.56x45mm (.223 Remington). The multi-configurable M1 variant of the AUG A3 platform is the latest generation of the venerated bullpup platform. Utilizing an optics attachment platform similar to the rare and much-sought-after AUG A2, the AUG A3 M1 is available from the factory with an Extended Rail. The AUG A3 M1 boasts an overall length of just 28.15 inches, including its 16-inch heavy barrel, making it at least 8 inches shorter than an M4 carbine with a comparable-length barrel. The short-stroke gas-piston operation of the AUG runs exceptionally cleaner by nature because all of the operational exhaust gas vents out of the front of the rifle. The AUG's matching, yet opposed, stainless steel operation and guide rods affixed to the bolt carrier glide effortlessly inside the receiver for unparalleled smoothness in operation as well as exceptional reliability. Dual gas-adjustment settings ensure its operation, even with the dirtiest ammunition and in adverse conditions. The AUG A3 M1 has all the classic features and benefits that established it as the pinnacle of modern rifle design, including expedited disassembly as well as simple conversion to left-hand operation, which requires replacement of the standard bolt with the optional left-eject bolt and swapping the ejection-port cover. It also features a quick-change barrel with a collapsible forward grip as well as a two-position cross-bolt safety that locks the trigger. The AUG A3 M1 stock, cocking piece and forward grip are made of highly durable synthetic and are available in Black, Green, Mud and White colors. This model uses STANAG type magazines (standard AR-15 magazines) and comes with one 30 round PMAG.

And the point of this comment is what? Were you looking in the mirror at yourself as you typed this?
Well, my best financial advice is have the rich father-in-law... And collecting varies obviously. Personally other than inherited family heirlooms I'll move on from any gun that isn't reliable or useful compared to other current options while I can get value for it. Trading it straight up, or using the profit for something else.
Still I see where you're from never selling a classic gun. It'd fun to have some of those collector guns some days, but if they're not really reliable or useful they'd just be taking up space like tactical clutter.
Iconic gun. I look back fondly on younger days with the AUG. But just like the Deagle and Spas12 glad I sold it when I did.
Did all you guys buy from this company? How are they as dealers? I know they sell alot of stuff on ebay.. obviously not guns or ammo, but tons of cheap airsoft crap
Ordered both of my AUGs through them. Took them a couple weeks to ship and verify my FFL but other than that they are good to go.
Made ammo purchases it arrived on time, would suggest using them again.
PS. I didn’t have to pay shipping or taxes to Texas.
I’ve made several purchases including guns/ammo without any issues. The free shipping and no taxes make for good deals when you find things on sale.
Bought from them before. Good customer service. Buy with confidence.
I bought the AUG and bulk ammo 3 separate times, all good.
Made sure the the two Iv ordered were in AUG mags, if you can’t afford to add AUG mags to the Arsenal you will be loosing your bolt hold open after last round fired. Very reliable rifles I love mine however I cannot shoot left handed around barricades. That’s the trade off with this bull pup.
Mine arrived quickly. Make sure you get AR15 mags and not AUG mags.
Received mine today. Pretty basic, rifle, owners manual, and pmag were all that were in the box. No lock or anything else. I tried three different mags, south korean all steel worked good. pmag worked good and Lancer mags worked good.
Couldn’t imagine being pressed financially enough to have to sell any of my augs or firearms in general. Was raised old school to believe you never sell your jewelry or firearms. But people now a days have terrible spendy habits, credit and financial status. It doesn’t take an accountant’ to be more mindful with finance’s
