You are correct you haven't done your homework and don't know what you're talking about.

maybe you should quit running your mouth take your time and read their policy statement, did you notice that in the last 60 days there are less than half the assault weapon parts there used to be.... weird huh?? have you personally spoke with anybody who's had their items removed?? I have! the sad thing about it is there not even going by the technical definition of an assault weapon, an assault weapon by definition has three or more of the five evils and without knowing how the weapon is configured they have no way of knowing if it is actually an assault weapon they're basically screwing over anybody who hunts with an ar-15

it seems to be kind of sporadic and random at the moment, there are still parts listed and a lot of guys are just relisting to slip them through but they're definitely tightening the noose on us.

yeah you can keep your whole ignorant attitude of.... "well it hasn't happened to me so it must not be true"

Sorry to offer a first person perspective to your third person “I know a guy” sky is falling rant. There are plenty of other online vendors that sell evil ‘assault rifle’ parts if you want to keep pretending ebay is now part of the massive anti-second amendment gun grab because there are “less” (you must be counting?) parts then you recall from a few months ago.

it's kind of amazing how many people on here have nothing better to do than sit on this website trolling from their mothers basement...

you guys really need to do your homework before you start running your mouths! eBay in fact has been pulling ads for assault weapon parts look into it, they've been going pretty hard at sellers for the last 45 days. Had 3 sellers I buy ar15 parts from in the last 2 weeks tell me I need to email them directly now because eBay is blocking their ads. stupid stuff too like charging handles and muzzle brakes, most recent have been my 9mm AR9 bolt carriers.

I guess selling parts myself via ebay is not enough "homework" for you. Search "charging handle" and then tell me about the vast emptiness of AR parts on ebay.

'I know a guy' who got a speeding ticket....that means there are no more speeders, right???

Out of 8 auctions I won over the last 2 weeks off of eBay that were AR related parts 6 of them were listed "item removed" a couple days after from My eBay. Makes it hard to track and leave feedback now. Had not had this happen before until now. They also removed one of my listings for a 12 round mag within about an hour.....guess that's a no no too.

I like some of the things you guys have, some are really "tacticool" more than anything, but I like a business like yours being able to survive these turbulent times (economic and 2A).

But, a quick eBay search returned 48 listings that were various styles of engravings for under $14 with free shipping. Maybe eBay just has your user handle pegged for "Assault Weapon" parts, but I've bought everything from keymod rails to barrels and optics for my cheap-o builds and never once had any problem, and I've gone back to buy again.

I don't see eBay changing anything and it seems from the description of your listing here being more of a "scare tactic" than anything. Not saying that's what you're doing, but I looked at it one way so I know there will be others that view it the same. Would I trust a business like yours over an eBay listing? Depending on what I buy, yes. But when its a 10-25% price difference I'll take the 3rd party service.

Good luck though, I always check out your site whenever I see your listings.

Yes the scare tactic tactic is getting old. Prepper Gun Shop?

No scare tactics, just offering a different place to buy. We sold quite a few through ebay. We initially spoke with an ebay representative that advised us we can't mention AR or anything in our ads, he reviewed our ads, and said we were good to go. Now, 6 months later they are removing the listings. There might be 45 listings currently but there were a lot more than that a few days ago.

You can sell AR or AK parts all day long on ebay if you don't call them....AR or AK parts. Notice all the active listings simply state the caliber? 223 556 Dust Cover=good, AR-15 Dust Cover=bad.

Your prices are fairly decent though.

We have been selling on ebay, didn't mention any thing related to AR, and twice in the last week all of our listings were removed.

I have had the same thing happen. Just make sure to jump their hoops and you must name a manufacturer (I always pick Bushmaster for AR parts) that the part fits; you cannot just say it fits a variety of guns. I think it protects their rear if John Doe ships an "assault rifle" part to California and CA's AG feels like going after eBay directly. I personally do not blame them but it is a hassle.
