It's $460 before discount. If you bring your cart up to 500, then you can use code APRIL65 to get 65 off.

Basically, you get $40 more stuff for just $22 extra out of pocket.

Use code VST for $40. Colt is colt but if you want a similar 11.5 range toy PSA has complete 11.5 rifle for $500.

How much is the lower receiver, for the m4 and the bolt carrier group, the upper carrier group.

There is no deficiency of American firearms companies. If Colt can't adapt then they should die off. Without big daddy govt contract they've already got one foot in the grave.

I have one of these and they're really great! Totally worth it!

Hmm. Wondering if this is worth upgrading my 10.3 barrel for the extra reliability?

PSA quality at 3x the price.

I've seen more PSA uppers with canted front sights than straight ones, I'm sure Colt can do better

I've been told colt builds nothing for their ARs now and they just assemble them. Colt is probably a rebranding of PSA.

Lol nice try the PSA “premium” (milspec) upper is over $500, granted with a Bcg. “On sale” saying the new normal price is $640

Recieved mine yesterday, looks good. I think these were $699 with BCG a few months ago at armsunlimited, so not too bad for the price.

paying for a name... nothings special about these All milspec parts... same manufacturer as some of the cheaper brands like del-ton, radical, savage, and a zillion others. They all get their uppers and lowers from a handful of plants, then stamp their names on them and price accordingly.... these shouldnt be more than $350-$375 stripped.

When people start bartering weapons for food, wives, generator fuel, a colt will get you a hotter wife or more gallons than that psa will. Like precious metals, good name brand rifles are a collapse proof investment.

I agree with you in sentiment. But keep in mind that we all saw other folks selling PSA Classic rifles on Armslist over the course of 2020 at absolutely INSANE prices - some $1200+. Again, I agree because the Colts were somewhat in parallel at $1600+, but that was also with most people thinking Colt was out of the civilian AR market altogether.

At any rate, good point. But maybe not as impactful as it would seem.

Add $200+ for the BCG then more for the charging handle

Seems almost as high as psa lately.
