Not debating price because it rocks that department if its same/similar...
No, these are a new product from Century this year. These include a picatinny rail unlike the PTR, but PTR is better quality of course.
Looks like the C308 comes with the polymer rail instead, but it's cheaper and it's from century.
looks like it has that crappy CETME rear sight, not like the HK91 diopter drum style sight that the PTR91s have.
