Description

This defense revolver is easy to conceal thanks to a very unusual profile. The flat cylinder grants maximum comfort. The new Chiappa Rhino has revolutionized the revolver with a patented design that tames the prehistoric characteristic that most revolvers possess. The Rhino barrel is aligned with the bottom chamber which is the key component to its' tame characteristics. The position of the barrel lowers the center of gravity and yields a centerline of the bore more in line with the shooter's arm allowing for the most natural "point ability" while engaging a target.

The Rhino in caliber .357 will have an upgrade starting with the current production: the drum can now house the moonclip, and three moonclips will be supplied with the revolver at no extra charge. The revolver can be used both with moonclips and without, since the grooving which houses the moonclip is machined inside the abutment surface of the cylinder.

I was going to get one of these, but I heard the company's customer service is not that good.

I never had a problem. they have called me about this item and let me know how many were is stock as I ordered multiples. I have had fast shipping and good communication. they DO however leave a bad taste in others mouths from past gouging.

I have bought multiples of these, and I can vouch there was nothing wrong. If they are blems, there is no mention of it or anything found on the ones i bought. they were new in the box. CTD has some weird pricing between their warehouses. I bought 2 bulgarian milled arsenal AKs for 799 and they were brand new. the other warehouse was selling them for 1200. the onthy thign wrong was the boxes were slightly beat up.

Ordered it on 6/30/15, got it on 7/02/15! I didn't get the one in the picture which if you look closely doesn't have the fiber optic front sight. I got the brushed finish, with the moon clips, holster and the whole nine yards! This is a steal at 599. I know people hate CTD, and I will be the first to admit that I hated ordering from them.... but this was legit. I'm very happy with this purchase. Great gun! Shoots great, feels great.

I know everyone hates Ceaper than Dirt, but $599 is a great deal.

I bet if you do order one they will cancel your order. $200 less than others ain't gonna happen with these aholes.

you are wrong. I know all the tier 1 operators hate CTD but this is a smoking deal. Mine arrived with some discoloring on the grip but it was nothing a quick wipe down with alcohol didn't solve.

that white discoloring was powder to protect the rubber grip from drying out. they are all like that.

I will let you know how it goes. I've always wanted one of these and the last time they were this price, they were blem models.

I ordered one on Jun 4, 2015 for this same price when first posted then. It got to my FFL in 2 days. Beautiful "Baby Rhino" to go with my 60DS (6" barrel version). Mine came with a a tan OWB leather holster which is a nice fit to the revolver, though for the nickel finish I would prefer a black holster for contrast. Don't forget to use the 'wrap in plastic bag/cling wrap and store in holster for a day' trick to ever so slightly stretch out the holster for a better fit. Happy Rhino-ing!

Great advice! Thanks a bunch. I, too, have the 2 models and love the heck out of them and the Baby is now my carry revolver of choice. Still love my S&W's and Colts, but these Rhino's have a totally different feel and air about them with superior accuracy, faster follow up shots, and reduced felt recoil. Heck, I may be stretching it a bit, but I'd almost swear that the "report" is more like a 38SP vs a .357 Magnum. Almost. Really kind of weird, almost cultish. Happy Rhino-ing to you as well !!
