I've been watching on Gunbroker for a few months they go anywhere from $424-$700+ Unless you need it brand new I'd go that route instead.

Sks m aka paratrooper SKS or cowboy sks is better choice its a true battle rifle and u can get them to take AK mags as well although I feel the ones that take SKS names are the better choice but yea same price depending on where you can find them I have to I would highly advise other people look into them I quit buying any a case on the market here they're all shit

Yes if u want a neutered one u can find them in the sub $500 range. I don’t want a neutered one so I’ll wait for them to come back instock everywhere and hopefully they will go back to their normal price. But good job

Sadly this is the cheapest I’ve found a WASR on any site in stock at least. Several out of stock sites still in “normal” range. Rumor from a gun dealer is Century upped the cost of the Wasr to $600. I ordered one from Sportsman’s guide when they were $529 and they canceled my order bc they over sold.

Wonderful rifle. Wood absolutely sucks, but surplus furniture is easily found for cheap. "Election special" still seems on the pricier side of things.
