I had to admit that wasr10 had some burrs cut that you need to sand down with fine sand papers. That's all you need to make your ak47 smooth as hell. I actually like it because I can actually done some work with my toy and make it better

The price went from 500-570 to 600-700 in couple months because Romanian now provided wasr10 to Iraq, Afghanistan,etc... military. That's y they hold up production to supply US market. Just to make their military contracts done on time

The newer wasr10 is not standard as what I've seen, owned. Cold hammer forged barrel, all forged parts. Forged front trunnion and bolt carrier. most high end ak47 didn't have all that options. Some newer high end ak47 might have cold hammer forged barrel.

Yep $499 makes more sense. Bought both of my WASRs for less than 500 within the last year. I think this would be a reasonable price for a standard Arsenal AK.

A Romanian receiver, and an original Romanian chrome lined hammer forged barrel... plus it’s QC inspected. I’ve bought from Atlantic Firearms a few times. Top notch company... I bought a WASR years ago, for about $400... still going strong...

Good deal, sportsman's guide has always been a pleasure to do business with in my personal experience. I've bought 4 weapons from them and a few supply orders and not had any issues. Always recieved tracking info and prompt email responses. I also have used there "4 pay" plan. You can use a credit or debit card and buy anything over $250 (I think) and with one initial 1/4 payment they ship your items, then each month they do an automatic deduction from your proffered account. No interest or major fees either! Some people bitch and moan about the " membership" but I've saved way more than the few bucks a year it costs....

Just got mine yesterday. It is indeed from the 2016 production. Very impressive. Wood is beautiful, nothing canted, finish looks great. If you people think your going to find an AK for under $600 (pending election), please pass me what your smoking.
