Nice that it's available, but I'll keep waiting for the price to drop back down to the sub-$10/box pre-drought price: it's esoteric enough that the only reason for the price hike is gouging by the distributor [ie, "mark up all the rimfire products boys: people are in a frenzy for it!"] Fortunately I bought some when it was still at a reasonable price and the demand for 22WMR was still lagging behind the drought of 22lr. Now all the 22 mag is getting extra price hikes [& it wasn't cheap to begin with!] & it's even less available than 22lr. [sigh] It's cheaper to shoot .223Rem now, so I won't be buying any 22wmr until the gouging subsides & prices drop back down to ~20¢/rd for 22WMR [& analogues like 22WRF.] If we all just hold out a little longer, the pipeline will refill, the backs of the speculators will be broken, and the distributors will start looking at having to pay inventory taxes in the New Year & prices will continue trending back to normal levels.

Before you buy this online, you might want to check your local Cabela's store. I was in there yesterday and they had a couple dozen boxes of this ammo on the shelf for the same price. I'm already stocked up with a few thousand rounds for my Winchester Model 90, so I didn't buy any, but I would have if I needed more.

IMO $hipping + $ales tax = NO SALE
It is true cabela's seems to be the only ones selling this product (WRF) these days and they are a great substitute for 22mag In revolver & bolt action

Unless you actually have a wrf weapon, a 22mag revolver or a 22mag single shot rifle, this is not a great deal. You're limited firearm uses make it too specific for most people to use
The price is 26 cents a red...for rimfire.!
I just got 2000 rds of 22mag for 21 cents delivered.
Cabela's has never been the place to look for bargains or quantity.
This pretty much obsolete ammo is just another example of weird Cabela deals.

I know this is a hard to find caliber and all, and great news to shooters of it, but the fact that it was listed under WMR, prompting an email alert, almost caused me to have an internet accident of unlimited quantity. Good thing I'm a reader and it's a funny-looking box!
