Built around the dependable .22LR Autoloader, these Mossberg Flat Top Tactical 22’s provide the look, feel and the excitement of an AR platform. It features a 16.25” blued barrel and A2-style muzzle brake. The magazine is detachable, has a capacity of 25 rounds, and comes with an accessory magazine loading cap.
This adjustable-stock model includes a Barska® 1x30mm Red Dot Scope. All models feature a Picatinny quad rail forend for customizing your rifle with an endless array of available tactical accessories.

JAM-O-MATIC, worst gun I ever owned, buy a conversion kit or a dedicated 22 upper for your AR instead. Its a 702 Plinkster action and barrel, in a plastic toy shell in the shape of an AR15 and the mags have so much play, a five shot string without a jam is about as good as it gets, with either Federal or Winchester value pak ammo.
This is the worst rifle I ever owned. I couldn't wait to get rid of it.
It only liked CCI ammo - every other brand resulted in FTF, FTE or FTF.
Whoever designed the 25 round magazines should be fired - they are impossible to load and do not function correctly. And yes I tried all the fixes on YouTube and none worked.
You need a mechanics tool kit and an engineering degree to take the rifle apart. But Mossberg says you don't have to take the rifle apart to clean it - just clean the chamber and the bore.
There are better 22LRs out there.
How is this vs s&w M&p 15-22 or the .22 or conversion kit
This is a Mossberg 702 (same internals) dressed up to look like a AR however the 702 goes for $110-ish at Wal-Mart. The 702 is a great budget 22lr and runs fine with 10 round mags...this, not so much.
