2 of my Hera keymod rails are out of spec. Keymod attachments from various manufacturers (Midwest, Troy, Seekins, BCM) take a lot of force or require some grinding to slot in. That doesn't say anything about their quad rails. But it does reflect poorly on their R&D and/or QA.
