Canik is the shit, so is cz. Respect.

Or dare I say, buy a CZ. Just sayin.

I love all my CZs but the TP9SF has a much better stock trigger than my P10C but everything else is pretty similar. I just wish this Canik took CZ mags. If the P10C didn’t share mags with the P07, not sure I would have purchased it. I was so happy with my TP9SF I got another while they were so cheap and stocked up on some Promag spare mags.

Nothing special or really different about the striker CZ... Best thing it's got going is name recognition. IMHO..

Beretta APX for around $20 more with rebate is a much better deal and gun imho..

Add another 40 dollars to the price to make them drop safe. I guess these went under the radar when the p320 was going through its issue. In order to make them drop safe you have to get the "sever duty upgrade recall" and it costs 40 bucks from Century. http://www.canikusa.com/severe-duty-upgrade/... This goes for just about all caniks except the first 2 and the combat exec I think.

Simply not true. This goes for models that were made before the the notice in 2017. Any Canik firearm shipped after that already has the upgrade.

Either way it's ridiculous that they would ship guns that are not drop safe and expect people to pay for the fix. Say it slips out of a retention holster and injured someone because of their negligence. Screw century. You can gamble on their caniks. I learned my lesson.

If you actually read into it you will find that the pistols meet military standards for being drop safe. But with repeated abuse, they have found that the springs can get damaged. It is not something that have deemed unsafe under normal conditions, but are doing the upgrade for free (if you pay shipping). It is NOT a recall like you have stated.

Seeing as I just bought an elite nib from a reputable dealer and it was flagged by the system as not being upgraded Ill take that with a grain of salt.

I also just bought 2 caniks, no notice. This problem had been solved

I bought a gun from LockedLoaded.com and it took one whole month, and lots of communication on my part. They also didn't do anything to rectify the situation.

I picked up a Canik about 4 years ago. I got the TP9SA. It has been flawlessly reliable and has one of the best striker-fired triggers available. I've put about 4K rounds of cheap steel through it (and probably about 500 cheap brass) and the only change I've noticed is some finish wear.
I would absolutely recommend one if these for anyone looking for a new full-sized pistol.

I’ll be honest I did run into an issue with them initially but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and They made everything right. I don’t want people to miss out on a great deals because you have a few naysayers after going through an issue with them I can tell they genuinely care for their customers. I recommend them to my friends and family without hesitation they have great prices. Also if they have left a bad taste in your mouth contact them voice your concerns and stop trying to scare away people from getting really good deals. Contact [email protected] he’ll take care of you as he did me.

For what it’s worth;

I have no other experience with Locked and Loaded except my one order in Winter 2018/19.

I saw they were one of the only dealer with the new Ruger PR in .338. They also had the best price well below others by $50-150 more.
Their inventory said “in-stock” at the time of purchase, I made the purchase and rechecked their website. I picked up their last one. A few days later I saw they had replenished their stock. This inventory management seemed consistent with many other companies (even non firearm related ones I have purchase from). Seems weird to have checked this to some I’m sure, but I am vain and wanted to be the only kid on my block at the time with a shiny new RPR in .338, it at least one of the few kids with one.

At the time of this order I had called the owner (along with the owners of 3 other similar small outfits) and this gentleman was the most polite and helpful of all 4. One dude was a straight A-hole, needless to say I didn’t order from him (plus his shipping time was rediculous).

Anyway, my FFL had the RPR in a few days (maybe 3-5, can’t recall) but everything about my transaction went smoothly and the firearm was in perfect shape.

I’ve ordered from KYGCO, Bud’s & SOSS just to name a few of the big online retailers and actually had to send firearms back to the manufacturers for defects on all 3.

Inventory tracking can be better with these larger companies, but my experience is the end product to the user can become exactly that, “just another product” that can get dropped, beat around, damaged or just straight up have QC ignored (due to pumping orders out). Smaller shops can suffer from some of the issues raised by some customers in this thread, but sometimes the lack of big business infastrucrure can be just as much of positive as it is a negative.

Again, I don’t personally give 2 fucks about Locked and Loaded from a defense of them as a company, however, I am about 2 sides to a story and others having the most useful information to make an educated decision about where to reinvest their money in our economy (Cue the “But Canik’s are made in Terriost Lovin’ Turkey crowd, haha).

All kidding aside, Mine is a sample size of one but so were so many of the opposite side of the fence reviews here.

Placed my order with LockedLoaded on a Saturday night. Called my FFl to have them send their info on Monday and it was delivered to my FFL that Saturday. I haven't had a chance to fire it yet but if it's anything like my SFX, it'll be rock solid. Everything went off without a hitch. I already have Canik SF type mags so this was a good deal for me.

I purchased the TP9 from Locked and Loaded and from Guns Midwest, both on the same weekend. They both shipped out 4 business days later, seemingly from the same drop shopper because I got tracking emails within 5 mins of each other. Fantastic guns. One failure to feed and one stovepipe in the 1st 100 rounds but the gun was coated with grease and not cleaned beforehand. It has been flawless since. Only shot one of the TP9SFs so far. Got a bunch of extra mags from GunMagWarehouse. The Promags do not drop freely or have round number indicators. They are also $10 cheaper than factory Mecgar mags. Reminds me of my CZ P10C and way more comfortable than a Glock grip. You won’t be disappointed in this package unless you really wanted all that extra stuff like the paddle holster, brushes, etc

Any updates to this pistol? I can't seem to find this in any of my local shops here in NV. Is it still a good buy considering it only comes with 1 mag ?

Dude seriously BEST handgun for the money, hands down. You will not be disappointed. One of the best triggers on the market and fiber optic sights. Find another gun for this price with the upgrades it comes with. You cant. If u need extra mags they are about 22 to 25 a piece.

I just purchased the Beretta JS92M9A1M 92FS M9A1 9mm LTD from locked and loaded with zero issues. I provided the info as required and waited as the websites states and gun arrived no issues.

Read their reviews on yelp.

Good looking out! Those reviews are rough. Seems like they're baiting people with ultra low prices, "misplacing orders", then charging a %15 restocking fee after an order cancelation.

For 250 I'm going to buy it just because I can. Jesus, that's a low price for a very capable gun. Don't let nobody on this thread tell you different if you're on the fence.

I've ordered from them before . They were changing there website and I couldn't see my order/orders anymore once they updated, which is understandable considering they were going through Snowmageddon at the time. Outside of that my order went through fine.

Locked Loaded........I am seeing many inventory errors created by you, including one that happened to me. You need to get your house in order.

I had one. Would drip the firing pin, but wouldn't fire. Trigger bar wouldn't engage firing pin plunger. I dont like the internal design because of this. That includes Walther, which this copies. YMMV

At first glance looking at this pistol a d price point I was thinking about purchasing this..... then I realized it was locked loaded deal posting and I'm gunna pass. Funny how they always have the cheapest deals and so many terrible reviews of people getting screwed by them with myself included. Dont buy from locked loaded. They are a scam

Yes you purchased a firearm from us on 2/2/19 and your refund was processed on the 13th (11 days / 8 business). Reason being: an inventory error. Of which happens to us on occasion. Honestly outside of that I don't see a scam, at least to yourself personally. You seem like a very dedicated person as you have commented something negative on every post for us since then. I wish there was something that we could do for you to be more counter-productive and to show we are not what you portray us as.

I completely agree. Don't waste your time and money at locked loaded. Buy at guns Midwest for $250 plus shipping.

Looked it up on Canik web site. It says "The TP9SF comes with two mags., poly holster, paddle/belt attachment, interchangeable backstraps, cleaning rod, brush and a limited lifetime manufacturer’s warranty." So is this a new offering stripped of all accessories except one mag like the Springfield Defender line or have all the extras been removed by the dealer?

From the Canik website: A limited quantity and limited time offering, the ONE Series handguns are the same impressively reliable and durable Canik handguns users have come to know and love, but with simplified packaging and a more aggressive price. Each ONE Series model includes Warren Tactical sights, 1 magazine, 1 additional backstrap, a hard plastic case, and the same great, limited lifetime warranty that accompanies all Canik handguns
I swear some people on this website are too lazy to research and just looking for something to complain about. If you don't like the fact that they lowered the price by only offering one magazine then.............(drum roll please) don't buy it.

Wow big boy. After getting my initial information (which I posted above) and then asking a question that makes me lazy? It translates to complaining in your infinite wisdom? Sarcastic much? (drum roll please). Posting your reply of what you found on their website is great. Being an anal smarta$$ isn't.

Says ONE SERIES. Guessing that's just one mag from factory. All about meeting a price point because who reloads a separate magazine in 2019 anyways...

What? "who reloads a separate magazine in 2019 anyways..". What does that mean? Something new happen at the beginning of 2019? Nobody carries a second magazine (so one is enough)? You'll never need a separate magazine (other than the one)?

I was being sarcastic. Yes, you probably need a 2nd or maybe 3rd mag.

And in no way is this a reputable dealer. They post these incredible deals of which
they have no stock and then turn around and cancel your order without ever notifying
the customer. They should be barred from this site. You have been warned.

I wouldn't spend a dime at this place. One bad experience is enough for me.

It's very unfortunate that "One bad experience is enough for me." would lead someone to spend some much time and energy trying deter others from buying. I have reviewed a lot comments from our listings and what I have gathered is are a lot of upset customers but I also see just how negative people are. What most people don't see are the positive transactions or the people that, despite our faults, we have helped and fixed issues for. I have a good idea what the issue was that you experienced and would like to help. Please reach out to us so we can fix this. [email protected]. I monitor the email and would like to make this right.

Those customers are spending their own time and energy voicing their experiences with your company. There is nothing wrong with that and they have every right to let any future customers know of their experience; whether is was good or bad. Coming here and trying to insult them and disparage them from doing so will not help your case and it only makes you look petty. It is much easier to own up to the mistakes, without an excuse, than to belittle the people that are complaining.

drttown I am completely on board with your opinion. We have very much owned our mistakes and offered services to help with negative opinions. We are here to make it right and are trying to build positive experiences for former customers and new ones. I don't believe in censorship but I also don't believe sitting and not offering a counter opinion or resolution. I was not being petty (intentionally) but I feel like you are only reading into a very small portion of my posts. Complaining on every one of our deals, that mind you are not created by ourselves, calling us a scam or not reputable as an on going opinion is a bit excessive. Thank you and I appreciate your feedback.
