I have all the different loaders out there except the bench loader, too expensive but I will probably build one. If you reload these are OK, it works as advertised but I find if I have to place each round in a ammo tray it's easier to use a LULA which also can be used to unload a magazine, or StripLULA or one of the other loaders to load individual rounds. Don't get me wrong if you already have your rounds in a ammo tray these works fast, just saying if you have bulk ammo and have to load each round into a ammo tray you might as well use one of the others, jmo, as this works for me plus the others are a lot smaller and aren't as fragile.

I'll stick with my stripper clips.

I have this and the AK loader, let me tell you the AR version is a lot easier to work with for new owner. Because the AK version usually loads at the end of a table or something else cause of the AK curved magazine, but once you get the hang of it they BOTH work great. You do have to order ammo boxes for them but I find that Frankford Arsenal .222 / .223 100 Round Ammo Box work fine for .223

I have a AR556. Why didn't they work in the ar556? I have 3 of these mags but I haven't taken them out of the box yet. I just got them. They didn't fit the mag well? Or didn't feed? Appreciate your response.

Mags don't work with the Ruger 556,and tight in the Windham SRC(didn't test them yet)
