At this price I guess there's no doubt these are assembled by children in a Commie sweatshop so the CEO of Bushnell can put quality optics on his rifles?
probably....also my guess is whatever cellphone you have in your pocket right now was also made by children along with ever other piece of electronics you own. Im a avid vortex fan also made in china.

I'm showing $169.49 how do you get to $138.25?
Can anyone comment on how this compares to the Nikon P-223 ?
I ordered both scopes and ended up returning the Nikon P-223. the Nikon is just a single power scope if you are talking about the 3X32 whereas the Bushnell is a 1-4 power. The Nikon is lighter and smaller than the Bushnell. both were very clear. if you are talking about the P-223 3-9x40 it just depends on if you want 3-9 zoom or 1-4 zoom like the Bushnell has. for the price you cant really go wrong with this scope.
I have this optic on my AR rifle thats in 7.62x39 (AR47). I have it mounted on a LaRue angled mount I picked up used at a gun show for $50, and it does great. Holds zero even with the sustained pounding of the 7.62x39 round. Even when my son(17) and I are at the range or in the woods and he is doing mag dumps, it has never budged. I really like the reticle and how clear the optic is. For under $200 its a nice setup. Its actually about the perfect optic for hunting and short to mid range target shooting and tactical drills.
Just be aware, not all Bushnell optics are equal. They have very cheap, crappy scopes and obviously as the price increases, so does the quality. It is "You get what you pay for".
I also own a handful of Vortex scopes and the same is held true to that companies line of products.
