WWII era Browning HI POWER. Used originally by Germany and later by the Austrian post-WWII police. Marked LGK OO 1622 on frame and magazines. WWII era markings intact! Bore is good. Mags work fine but show damage to floor plates. Chipped grip on the right side and a fairly high amount of finish wear, but the pistol still works great with modern FMJ ammo. No documentation included.

I've seen these go for a much lower price on gunbroker. in better condition as well. 1799???? no freakin way.

While I can and do appreciate the historical value of these pistols however no way in hell am I gonna pay this price for one... too many other options. Really the ONLY "advantage" of this pistol is just the history... thats it. Doesnt shoot any better than any reputable pistol. Is not any more reliable and or accurate than most pistols and it has no real advantages either way.
