The Browning Buck Mark Practical URX Semi-Auto Rimfire Pistol gives you a reliable and accurate .22 pistol, designed with emphasis on function. The feature-packed Buck Mark URX starts with a machined 7075 aluminum-alloy semi-automatic pistol frame, with ambidextrous overmolded soft nitrile Ultragrip RX® grip panels, with finger grooves that help place the hand in the same position on the grip every shot. A textured surface provides a secure hold in any type of shooting environment. A tapered, bull barrel balances the pistol's weight perfectly, while the Pro-Target™ adjustable rear sight and a TRUGLO/Marble Arms fiber-optic front sight allow you to dial in for precision shooting at small targets. A nonreflective matte finish on the barrel and receiver won't spook game and issues an overall appearance of seriousness. The Browning Buck Mark Practical URX Semi-Auto Rimfire Pistol operates on the Buck Mark's simple, straight blowback action that has been proven over time to be ultrareliable. The Buck Mark uses a 10-round magazine with a durable heat-treated body, and coil springs that ensure consistent pressure on the shell follower at the proper angle. The magazine release is conveniently positioned next to the trigger guard where it is easily reached.

I just tried the link, still there at $279. Pics are wrong on Cabelas, go by model number.
This pistol is not available at the link provided, for any price. What is available starts at $399 and none are threaded. Shitpost.
Tried of chasing this OOS Buck Mark at Cabela’s, so I bought at Taurus TX22 from a local gun shop for $249.99. Saved me the drive and the headache of dealing with Cabela’s. Cabela’s has damaged its brand with their poor service and lack of respect for the customer. It’s a shame.
Agree with everything about Cabela's. However I knew all this before I ordered. Picking up is easy but takes way too long. Be there before the store opens and I was first in line. This deal is toast they sold out weeks ago. Took about 45 minutes and I knew how to fill out the form and they didn't have to call nics
.
Good price. Terrible vendor. Literally every time I’ve done business with Cabela’s or Ass Pro, it’s been terrible.
A. If you buy something high demand, you’re probably not getting it. They’ll refund your money (when they’re ready to), but you’ve wasted your time and probably missed out on a comparable deal shopping somewhere else.
B. If you are able to get this “good price”, it’s a HUGE headache to pick up in store. And be prepared for at least an hour long process for picking up any long rifles or shotguns. At least an hour and a half for pistols. And if we’re in the middle of a panic buy season (like we are now), FORGET about doing anything else that day. You, my friends, will be in for at least a TWO HOUR wait until you can START the hour to hour and a half long process. If you have to drive about an hour to get to your local store (like me), this is altogether a 5 hour process.
They many be “the largest firearms retailer in America,” but you would be in much better shape to look elsewhere for a comparable deal and use a local FFL you trust.
C. Most anything that isn’t a firearm in the “shooting” section is overpriced initially so the “sale” makes things look cheaper.
Do whatever you want, but I’m a hard pass for Cabela’s.
Now the pistol listing has been removed from their website. And they never had the correct picture of it that I saw. It's listed as a limited availability gun on the Browning website. Either Cabela's never had it or they sold out fast. I hope anyone who did get in on this deal gets sent the correct pistol since I don't think the URX barrel is threaded.
I couldn't find this exact pistol on the linked sale on the Cabela's website. After chatting with a customer service rep he matched up the UPC with the MFG's website and said it's the Buck Mark Light Gray URX that's on sale for the $279.97. Other versions of the pistol are on sale, too, and the 8% rebate applies to all the models, but that's the only one at the price in this deal listing. Here is the link he gave me to the correct pistol on the Browning website: https://www.browning.com/products/firearms/pistols/buck-mark-pistols/current-production/buck-mark-lite-gray-urx-5.html... He said the 4.4" barrel listing was an error and he would correct it to 5.5", but confirm all of this for yourselves, since it's your hard earned money you are spending.
You are incorrect and the gentleman you talked to doesn't know what he is doing. Gun.deals lists these by manufacturer part number mpn and Cabela's does to, so it makes it very easy to Google. Here is the link to Browning's site for the mpn listed here and an Cabela's site. Cabela's site does suck for actually viewing exactly what you are purchasing. https://www.browning.com/products/firearms/pistols/buck-mark-pistols/limited-availability/buck-mark-field-target-micro-suppressor-ready.html...
Yup, you are correct and the Cabela's CSR was indeed wrong. I even told him about this thread and sent him a link and the image posted and he still said it was wrong and the Light Gray URX was the correct pistol on sale. I couldn't find the listing on the Browning website that corresponded to the MPN number because I didn't look in limited availability guns. 051550490 is the right pistol and it's the Field Target Micro .22 LR Suppressor Ready 4.4" version of the Buck Mark. Which has nicer options, IMHO.
Thanks for correcting us both.
Thanks for not taking offense. I looked at it a while before commenting; been looking like a pistol like this for a while so wanted to make sure I ordered the correct one. Enjoy!
Bass Pro also had the same pistol listed at the same price and they had the photo of the TB model shown in this posting. I ordered one too and my email receipt shows it as a 4.4in TB (Threaded Barrel).
$300 total for me including tax for the threaded barrel version shown in the photo. If it doesn't get cancelled. I just need to remember to be patient with Cabelas because they have the most ridiculous time consuming process for picking up a firearm.
