The Brownells M16 5.56 Complete Bolt Carrier Group features a bolt fabricated from 9310 steel that includes a heat-treated and shot-peened finish. The bolt carrier itself is built using 8620 steel, which features a hardened finish. The whole BCG is completed with a nickel-boron coating.

Anyone ever receive the gift card after ordering?
I bought this version a couple months ago and it’s decent. Finish is ok but runs perfect, no issues thus far. I just picked up a tool craft NiC boron for $90 from ally and no comparison on finish. The finish/coating is stunning on the tool craft version. I’ve not ran it yet as finishing 300 blkout build but sure it will run fine as everything seems right.
