Box of 5 Lightfield® Home Defender 12 Gauge Nova-DR Blank Distraction Rounds.

Ideal non-projectile Rounds for home defense! These may be more bark than bite, but it's a helluva bark... when fired, Nova-DR Rounds produce a bright flash and LOUD noise (that "bark" I was talking about) in excess of 130 dBa that'll scare the pants off an intruder.

The Rounds can cause significant injury or even be lethal if aimed directly at a target at close range. Do not use in screw-choke barrels.

My regular rounds will "distract" an intruder just fine thank you.

This is a stupid product. If I'm pulling the trigger it's not to scare the bad guy off. What a waste of ammo components.

Might be a good safe intro shell for teaching shotgunning to a noob. But don’t follow the advise of the manufacturer as a defense round.
Just a louder way of saying “boo”. If the armed intruder starts shooting back, then what?

I won't use these, but I could see someone putting this into a pump-action as a first round, followed by 00 buckshot

Seems useful for starting a race or a perimeter alarm.

Exactly. Altho' why you'd spend the same amount for 5 of these vs. 25 "promo" field rounds which you could then salvage the lead shot from to use for your perimeter alarm(s), I have no idea...

These are called "cracker" rounds, or even more appropriately, "biden" rounds. Typically only seen in the wild, in the hands of a game warden or in a crotchety old man's double barrel.

Wouldn't "Trump" rounds be more fitting? Red, overpriced, lacks a useful purpose, does not accomplish anything, only makes makes noise, oh and popular with the mentally feeble.

Wow, no one likes him, AND, he spams the forum with his low T, negative nancy, shit talking posts. Great job woohoo, if they had an award for biggest Libtard you would most surely win.
