Comes out to $230 per 1000, regardless of the number you order (no break on shipping for larger orders). Decided to get one case. If they cycle without issue, that's about 10 cents less per round than the going rate.

If you're familiar with 1911s and like them, you'd probably also like the metal-framed Sig P238 and Kimber Micro 380.
The Ruger LCP is intentionally thin to help with concealability. An inexpensive rubber Hogue grip sleeve will help it fill the hand quite well. I put one of the sleeves on my Ruger LC9S Pro (9MM), which is also a thin grip single stack pistol. The Ruger LCP II that came out a few years after the original LCP has a much better trigger than the original LCP and it has a wider grip, improved stippling, slightly longer sight radius, added front serrations and some good aesthetic changes. The Ruger LCP Max (.380) with it's double stack higher capacity mags is thicker. It comes with a 10 rd mag, 12 mag rd mags are available. While in my experience with them, all of these pistols have performed well for me, but I'd steer clear of the original Ruger LCP at this point.
If a rather unique tiny mouse pocket pistol with no frills whatsoever (not even sights!) might interest you, research the Seecamp LWS 380. A tiny up close and personal 'belly gun'. Maybe more suited as a back-up to a back-up, but I find them interesting. I have experience with one chambered in .32, but not.380. If I could find a good used one at a price I'm willing to pay I'd buy it in a heartbeat ...mainly because I don't have one and I think they're cool :)

May I ask why you would stear clear of the original LCP? Just wondering as I have one and like it, but don't have experience with the LCP II or Max. Mostly wondering if there is a significant enough difference to warrant looking into getting one to use in place of the original LCP. Also, what is it that people don't like about the LCP trigger? Again I don't have anything to compare it to, so just wanting to know. Thanks!

Since you have an original LCP and like it, I'm not going try to talk you into getting something else. Carry what you like and are proficient with.
The main 2 reasons I'd choose the LCP II over the original is the better trigger (lighter, SA with no false reset) and the LCP II has LRBHO that the original doesn't. IIRC, the original LCP trigger is DAO on every pull.

My dad has a Sig 380. It’s a real smooth shooter.

Edit: the guy below me is right the Ruger is no good, real thin, I don’t like it.

Lots of good ones out there. S&W Shield EZ are good (I have the PC model), and Ruger LCP is good and reliable but not much fun to shoot. Those are all I have hands-on experience with.

This was $250 after tax and shipping to TX, but it’s still a really good price since most .380 is around 40 cents/round these days. This ammo seems to have good reviews so hopefully it’s good.
