BLEM PSAK47 Liberty "MOEkov" Rifle in Olive Drab Green ( No Cleaning Rod)

Utilizing the innovative Magpul Zhukov stock with the classically executed MOE AKM Forearm and grip, the "MOEkov" package transforms the standard poly AK into a compact and ergonomic classic.

The PSAK-47 is a quality American standard AK built in America, with all new manufactured parts and a premium standard of fit, finish and workmanship.   From the nitride finished, 4150 steel, barrel precision mated to a Billet barrel block, to the 1mm stamped steel receiver, the PSAK-47 was designed from the ground up to be a new standard in AK rifles.

Thoroughly tested in development, we tortured tested to 10,000 rounds to ensure a quality product.  Not to be satisfied with just a good AK, we kept improving and now are proud to announce our PSAK47 GB2 rifle with a billet steel barrel block (front trunnion) and bolt.

The 4150 barrel is nitride treated for accuracy and durability, is matched to a billet bolt, and is pressed into a new Billet steel machined barrel block to ensure the longevity AKs are known for.  The hardened steel 1mm receiver features a mil-spec style single hook trigger, and side rail mount.  The front trunnion is engraved with a star to designate the GB2 (Billet Block) model.  The handguard is the MOE AKM, which complements the MOE Grip and Zhukov folding stock.  The rifle comes complete with a 30 round Magpul magazine (where allowed by law).

I Cerakote for a living and have had at least 3 psa factory built riflescope through the shop, that had loose gas blocks, hand tight buffer tube nuts, trigger springs backwards. Not saying their parts are bad, they don’t have quality control

I own several and that have always been good quality however I do think their "QC process" is handled after the fact via their warranty department.

A lot of people will instantly bash any AK that isn't a Norinco, Arsenal or at least a WASR 10. First I'll say PSA has proven to be a great company as far as my experience with them and their products go. I have no shame in stating that I own some PSA firearms, in fact, I get a out of folks reactions to how good they are. PSA is probably the first American company mass producing quality introductory AK and it's about time. Not that I hold them as any real authority on the matter but AK Operators Union ran one of these hard for 5000 rounds with little regard for cleaning or general care of the firearm and it passed the test. Not only did they pour sand in it they ran it much harder then pretty much anyone ever will and the rifle just kept going. I was impressed that after doing 3 or 4 mag dumps the barrel was still holding about 2.5 MOA or less. When you look at this deal as a whole, Magpul foregrip, Magpul Zhukov folding stock, melonite treated 4150 barrel, hammer forged carrier, billet bolt and front trunnion, mag dipple in receiver, all new manufactured parts, a magazine and PSA lifetime warranty and from what I understand a very nice single hook trigger, in OD green none the less for $499, I just don't see how anyone can say this isn't a great rifle at a great price from a great company. Folks say the Century WASR 10s are nice, and I'm sure they are, but Century is pretty hit or miss and those are kit build guns with a 1 year warranty for around $650 to $700 right now for a gun with stock furniture.Yeah, I think I'd still rather have the PSA even if the prices were closer. You can't even get an IO Ordinance or Railey Defense for this price and I'd never buy either of those unless they were like 200 bucks.

Why does anyone care? Who actually uses the factory cleaning rod or would rather pay $200 extra for a rifle that includes one? This is like complaining about a car that costs $2000 less than the competition and lacks an ash tray....while you do not smoke.
