Finish is great, but parts fit tight. Once broke in it should be fine though. It's a great shooter!

I went for one! Great value and easy of course to finish. I also picked up the basic PSA polymer build kit for $99. I haven't fired yet I will report once I do. As some have mentioned the slant muzzle brake is loose though it doesn't seem to be in danger of falling off. Also as I have seen others post: the selector is not quite right. It is also loose and seems out of spec. If it is raised (and it does so easily--watch out) about the receiver\dust cover area the tab moves the hammer spring out of alignment causing the trigger to not reset after the first click. As far as blem goes I didn't see anything but the internals are coated with a white grease, it's thick and everywhere....

FYI to all this is MY experience, as far as accuracy\sight\barrel alignment I will repost after firing it.

Okay functions fine when fired, put only 120 rnds (4 mags) of 123g Red Army FMJ with Tapco, Magpul, and Chinese steel mags. No issues feeding, etc. I will do a little more for accuracy and post again, but sights seem to be fine.

I think I'm like everyone else, I just don't trust PSA. I think they are trying a little more now but it might just be to late for them to ever be anything more the just low buck vender. P.S I have a psa ar. I'm not like livingitup1976 talking on shit I know nothing about.

Damn. I read this after I already ordered. I am learning that YouTube gun reviewers are useless. They all talked about how great these things were. I believed AK Operators Union when they said, no cast parts and that it functioned grest.

Lol, right. Maybe the pmags will seat better after a few thousand rounds.

100 rounds isn't even considered a "break in" period, nor is it enough to warrant a post on gun.deals. Run a few thousand through this thing and then report back to us.

Cast carrier=junk. Psa told us these wouldn't be cast but yet they decided to go cast anyway. Just built a Mak 90 underfolder for $650 which will last 10x as long as this. The wasr for $600-650 is also 10x the rifle this is. Don't skimp on an ak you will regret it

Where does it say cast carrier?
Everything Ive read shows forged 4140 carriers.

Bolt Carrier: Cast Steel listed in the specifications, the 'Freedom' line is Cast Carrier. The 'Liberty' line is Forged I believe.

Happy with mine. I've had it about a month, with no issues, but have only put about 100 TULA steel cased through it. No malfs, though. PMAGS are hit and miss in seating without REALLY slamming them home. I haven't tried any other mags.

base of the gas tube broke off. button at base of front sight allows muzzle brake to turn. safety didn't contact side of receiver. safety contacted bolt carrier so gun wouldn't cycle.

A real review! Thanks man you saved a lot of people from having to waste money. That what we need more of, not people talking on stuff they know nothing about or this gun is great cuz I bought it. This should be a brotherhood but we got some turds in the punch bowl. livinitup1976 talking about you.
