I'm new to AR's. With this kit, once assembled, will I have a full functioning and firing AR? Thanks!

An Anderson lower receiver would be a good place to start; you should be able to find one in the $50 range. This is the part with the serial number and has to be purchased through a licensed dealer

Watch some You Tube videos on assembling as AR. Not complicated once you get into it but you will need a few basic tools

In a word, no.

In a few more words, you will need a "stripped" lower receiver to have a place to mount the fire control group, among other parts. Talk to your FFL to see what they prefer or recommend.

If on a super budget these will do the job but there's still alot to be desired , not big on post sights, not big on this short length hand guard etc , good deal but if have a little more money to spend for a slightly different set up I would and you won't regret it .

Best part of these is that the 'BLEM'ish is almost always purely aesthetic and hardly noticable at that.

These are back to pre-COVID and trump prices. Time to buy another!

Never though I'd see these so cheap again. I bought one after Sandyhook for $499, two during Trump presidency for $299 and $259.

Shipping at PSA is about $20. That’s what kills these deals. I’m sure they can either offer free shipping on orders exceeding $100 or may be flat shipping of $5.
Come on PSA!

I’m quoted $17 shipping. That’s less than 5% of the price of this item. Not much of a deal breaker IMO
