I got my .45 PX4 the last week in Feb. Missed the same gun w/nightsights for just $10 more. Missed the rebate date, but the price I paid is still a heck'uva deal.
Need a sales receipt with the serial number on it. I never saw an online receipt with it on it. Would have to ask the FFL dealer to make a copy DROS. I have never asked for a copy, are they required to make a copy if you ask? Or can they say this is for my records not yours
Last year I bought 2 PX4's and got rebates for 2mags/1mag pouch.
CTD receipt did not have serial # on it so I requested a new copy.
They sent me another. I filed for 2 rebates and just filled in the space on rebate form for seller and serial #. Everything worked out fine.
Beretta will accept a copy of the 4473 form that you fill out during your transfer (link at bottom of this post from the ATF). You should be able to get the dealer to make a copy of that and send it in for the rebate.
My FFL said he would make me a copy. Arms unlimited has the .45 cal for $425.00 free shipping no cc fees and the 9mm for $350.00 before rebate. $350.00 for a Beretta .45 Beretta and $275.00 for a 9mm each comes with 3 magazines, it's a steal.
