"***IMPORTANT: NOTE THAT NOT ALL OF THE ITEMS WE HAVE LISTED ARE PHYSICALLY IN STOCK AT OUR STORE."

Don't list them as in stock then. The fact that you have this as a warning tells me that you have lied to people about your stock levels in the past.

Listing items you don't have physical possession of as "in stock" is fraud, period.

You are selling someone an allocation, but leading them to believe you are actually selling them a tangible item.

All of your allocations will not turn into physical objects. All of your distributor orders will not come through. This is basic knowledge. You don't count your chicken before they hatch. Even little kids know this.

There are tons of online sellers that fraudulently list items as "in stock" when they are not. Optics Planet and Gouger Mountain are notorious for this.

I tried to purchase an apx at an excellent price and gun prime had it listed as in stock. In short it wasn't. This was during the time beretta was doing the rebate which would have made my purchase dirt cheap. After numerous back and forth chats and emails I gave up on them.

That said I have had good experiences with them also.

Damn, that's rough. In assuming you were looking back in July(when I bought mine) and they had the $100 MIR, while already being about ~350 before tax and s&h

Immediately OOS. 10 min after post. Was it ever in stock to begin with?

Doubtful.

They probably got nervous that people would know they didn't actually have them or they found out that Beretta was offering a rebate and pulled them until the rebate ended or until they could jack the price back up.

Half or more of these online vendors are scumbag fraudsters.
