The upper (Barrel and Bolt) is where I spend the biggest money. Don't get me wrong, I think you do need a well made and reliable complete lower to match, but the lower isn't where I choose to spend my money. For some reason people think a pressed name on a lower matters (quality being almost identical). Anything above AERO for forged mil-spec lowers is probably just extra money spent for no real advantages.
Even the colt lowers we’re going for 190 a little while ago. This just seems insane for such a standard lower.
The stock is say 45, the Enhanced LPK 100. The grip 20 and the QD end plate 15. I’ve gotten all of them cheaper but that are decent avg’s. Leave 170 that you’re paying for a basic lower. Why not buy an Aero for 45 or even an m4e1 Lower for 60 and save 100 and change? Yes, get it that the logo is life but really? You get literally zero advantage from that extra soend
