This is a great deal on a nice quality M4 upper with parkerized finish INCLUDING BCG and charging handle. I am very happy with the one I purchased for $199. In my opinion, this BCA upper assy absolutely compares equally or even better to PSA products that I own. The bolt has a better finish than the standard PSA. I would definitely purchase again for a basic build. I added a cheap drop-in quad rail for under $20 bucks.
