Given that your Alias looks to be “Battlehawk Armory Sucks,” it seems to me that you have a bone to pick here. Bummer that you had a bad experience with them, and I hope it works out in the end.
I’ve made MANY purchases from these folks, and never had an issue aside from the longer than average lead times.
As is, that's an odd sounding story.
Battlehawk armory charged my credit card 2800 plus dollars for an order that they said was declined. I have emailed them many times with little response. Finally threaten them with an attorney and they say they cannot find it to file a dispute. I would be weary of doing business with them ever again.
