I understand your issues and agree/won't be buying, but you do seem to miss the fact that you attach this to your standard home defense sidearm(if you look past the first picture it shows it stands alone, as does the little i looked into it, since of course i don't want it), and use this as a first shot, and follow it with 9mm if need be. It's essentially trying to emulate loading your first shotgun shell less than lethal, then the next buckshot.
What full retard moron would load a less lethal round as the first round in their home defense shotgun? That is a special kind of stupid with a death wish (or prosecution wish).

Just about as ridiculous. Why would anyone buy this? with all the "less lethal" options available these days to anyone, why? Load up rubber shot shotgun shells, get a pepperball gun, they shoot pepperballs, rubber coated steel balls, or even ceramic balls. Or buy an actual tazer... the options are many and make way more sense than this joke of a "weapon"...
