The Ballistic Advantage Modern Series barrel is combines the durability and strength of 41V50 chrome moly vanadium steel with the exceptionally corrosion resistant salt bath nitride treatment. This provides not only an impressive barrel life, but ensures excellent accuracy and an affordable price.

NOTE: Before installing a muzzle device, ensure that a 9mm round will drop freely.

This 5.5" straight contour barrel is chambered for 9x19mm Luger ammunition and threaded for 1/2x28. This barrel will require the use of a magwell conversion (Colt/Rock River style) with UZI magazines or a dedicated 9mm lower with Glock magazines. As the barrel extension is an integral part of this barrel, the stated length is the actual overall length of the product. For example, an 11" 9mm barrel will have the same overall length as a 10.5" 5.56 NATO barrel.
