Mine arrived also on 11-10-14. What a pleasant surprise.
Reports of these already shipping have shown up on other forums like calguns. The ones shipping are the 5000 round nose.
Why even deal with a company that treats you so badly on shipping rates. And charges you for every item shipped separate. I can not think of any other company out there that does that.
The hollow point 36gr 5000 round are also available for backorder.

Anyone have much experience with Midway Backorders? I looked around online and it looks like no one had anything good to say.
I went a head and put in a backorder since I don't really have the time to hunt around in stores. My order status from last night went form backordered to "on hold" this morning. Anyone know what that means?
Have also heard bad things....but no personal experience. I placed an backorder yesterday for a case of American eagle .22. So we will see...I would rather get cci but I cant wait that long (next summer) but it could always come in sooner. The main complaint I heard was them splitting up orders and charging shipping for each item. As it is, their shipping is not cheap. That's why I only ordered one thing. Also they recently changed this policy so it might not be a big deal. My order still says backordered.
Hmm...this is 50 boxes of 100rds each. After my experience, I wouldn't put it past Midway to break up the order of 50 boxes and charge ridiculous shipping charges on each. I will NEVER do business with them again after they shipped me ONE 50rd box of .22LR out of a much larger order and charged me $18 shipping.
Their customer service was even ruder when I called to complain. They thought it was an acceptable practice. NO other company does this.
This is for 1 case. Don't think they will ship a case 100 rounds at a time.
I am happy to report that my order from 11-12-2013 arrived today 11-11-2014. Exactly 365 days.
