Done with PSA, it's not supply and demand, they're as bad as CTD. RGUNS prices are the same as they were last year and they have more in stock.

I agree. I bought an AR10 upper back 2 months ago. It arrived with a ding in the rail and it's taken 2 months just to get them to respond. In that time, the price for the upper has gone up $90. That's just absurd.

PSA literally doesn't have a 556 in stock, and $750 for a stock ar last year was an even worse price than it is now.

Just purchased a new rifle, problem with bcg. They wanted to return, but would take weeks to get back. Screw it, I just bought a new one instead of dealing with their shitty service.

Requesting that you return an item for warranty so they can fix the issue and have it back to you within a few weeks isn't shitty service. It's you bring unrealistic and impatient. I can tell from your spamming whiny type of post that you are a custom from he'll that most companies rather not deal with.

They are being bombarded with orders and are probably short handed. Every firearm related company is right now. Everyone is taking a little long to respond and to ship. Everything you've been whining about doesn't appear to be unreasonable. Apparently within the same weeks time they responded to you and offered to fix the issue, but you declined.

Also, be ready for terrible.... and I mean terrible customer service. You cannot call them, and wait time for an email reply can be days. Make sure your ffl is good to go with them, I used there ffl finder, and still had a delay because of a problem.

The prices have been cheap for so long because we haven’t had any big events to make people run and buy them all. Now the companies are trying to make up some of their money because even the Democrats are buying guns due to the current situation of the country. You can’t fault them for that. Just wait a little while and let the Democrats buy them all right now at the expensive prices.

I believe you are correct. It's real hard to find deals these days and will be until this politically charged covid-19 pandemic comes to an end. Not to mention the uncertainty of the presidential election.

^^^ This is my belief as well. If/when trump wins prices will go down. If Biden wins, (dear God in heaven please no), then gun prices will mostly likely stay the same in the fear that Joe sending Beta Male o’rouke to come get our guns

What do you guys expect? I don't like it any more than you do, but it's basic supply and demand. There is a HUGE demand and the supply is being sucked up crazy fast! Of course they are going to charge more! EVERYBODY is charging more! If you wanna get mad, get mad at the whole industry, not just PSA.

Don’t get mad at the vendors, just hold on to that cash burning a hole in your pocket. If the regular customers don’t buy, then companies like PSA will have 2 options. Got back to regular prices or grt less business

Would you think the same if all your utilities went up this percentage? Everyone complains about the greedy oil companies when gas hits $4 a gallon and they use the supply and demand argument. How about since the country is in debt they raised your taxes by this percentage, supply and demand right? There were even a couple people arrested for buying up hand sanitizer and selling it at gouging prices just a couple months ago. People don't like it when this happens with other things, but give the gun community retailers a pass. There is a difference between a price increase and gouging, everyone expected a price increase.

There's a shortage of steel? Does paying more for a product make materials easier to get? Odd that some places are keeping their prices almost the same and others have doubled. It's not supply and demand, it's taking advantage of a situation. Few months ago they were practically giving them away.

Spot on. I'd also argue they (or most other retailers/manufacturers) aren't increasing prices to take advantage of anyone in so much as raw materials are having supply chain issues (so lower volumes, higher prices). Also, the margins on guns are like 10-15% when there isn't a pandemic induced supply chain issue. Most money is made off of accessories, ammo, etc. and - as we all know - that's dried up.

The reality is, your LGS' and many of the online retailers we know and love won't be around in a few months if supply and materials issues don't get resolved. Manufacturers, retailers, etc. are just trying to offset the damage and stay afloat as best they can.

People think they're gouging, when in reality, they're having the worst quarter in a decade.

You're spot on. I think that the NICS will continue to trend high, somewhat of a market indicator, but actual sales are going to be in free fall because of unavailable stock this quarter.

Got a CZ "today" from my favorite lgs, trying to support them as much as I can. Said come back in a week to pick it up unless they call. They expected that the now extended response time limit from NICS would pass before they'd hear back from them. Good to know the government is still functioning as expected.

I don't know where you live, but in KS that is what's nice about having a CC license, they don't have to call you in. Well worth the $25 ever four years.

Don't worry, you'll be down voted, and be call a sheep and a shill for the gougers, by people that can't comprehend the effect of the highest 1st and 2nd quarter sales stats in american history. Like these dumb mf'ers have some insider knowledge they're hiding.

I always supported Palmetto, until now. They're doing exactly what Cheaper Than Dirt did years ago. They're jacking up the prices of everything!!! I will take my business elsewhere, just like I did with Cheaper Than Dirt years ago.

Prices are up, that’s life. Don’t cry about it. They are getting product to market, I’m sure their manufacturing prices are up as well. When something is on sale and they are losing margin do you have a problem with that too?

Uhh no they're not. Inside sources say otherwise.

I'm with you. PSA built a hugely successful, and trusted business by providing good products at affordable prices. Now they seem determined to flush it down the toilet.

Back in stock at heavily inflated prices thanks to Rona Tax and PSA greed that was never present before.
