Where are you finding Zenitco products for less?

Putting a $140 pistol grip on an AK is like putting $4000 dollar rims on a Ford Escort. Even if you get the rims on sale for $3500 you still wasted your money.

It's easier to just write "I don't know what I'm talking about and just like to complain about being a poor who can't afford nice things".

I think you mean “I am a brand whore who thinks money spent equals social status and product quality.” Gold plating a turd does not increase the value of the excrement and decreases the value of the gold while serving zero functional purpose. Take a look at their 140 dollar hand grip and tell me what makes it “nicer” than any other similar grip on the market thus worth 100+ dollars above the competition.

Don’t believe me? Count the total number of up votes (ZERO) vs down votes (THREE) on your “deal” and see what others think vs my opinion.

In other words, I have money for nice things because I don’t WASTE it on overpriced crap.

BTW, I bet your AK looks like the one pictured, cost 400 new but has 1500 dollars / 15 pounds of Scuba Ninja tacticool crap on it. Also, that you have more money in your AK than your car and neither one runs reliably ;)

I have not seen another Russian-manufactured aluminum AK pistol grip on the market. Please site a source from where they are available.

Premium items always get thumbs down on this site, so those thumbs down really have no weight.

Wow "aluminum"...that is right next to "carbon fiber" (AKA plastic) in my book of reasons to NOT spend 5 times the money on something if that is the only selling point. But hey, its your money but it is still regular price thus NOT A DEAL. My point remains.

First of all, this item costs $100 even in Russia in retail (actually even a little less with a current exchange rate - RUB 4500 - http://www.zenitco.ru/catalog/1308/1773/1783/... ). $150 for this item in the US is EXTREMELY overpriced no matter how good the item might be.
Secondly, I am not aware of any ATF and/or Russian official restrictions on exporting/importing a flashlight.
Thirdly, I very much doubt that components of this flashlight are truly Russian-made - I am almost sure the LED or whatever emitter it uses is imported from China as 99% of goods are today anyway.
And finally - while Soviet "Zenit" brand has been always known and appreciated by many photo enthusiasts around the globe for its quality of cameras and lenses, this manufacturer has nothing in common with the famous Brand and optical factory.
Hope that will help to make a proper decision.
