This has become almost a joke for me and the others in the shop.....I’m truly tired of waiting for a return email and for someone to answer the phone. Finally got all my orders at different times and the last two have had parts missing. A Lakota 15 inch handguard and 2 Lakota 17inch Handguards have no hardware at all with them......no pinch bolts, no barrel nuts....nothing!!! We build a lot of rifles and was truly hoping this place was gonna work out for us......figures. I have 3 AR’s that are not deliverable to customers because of this crap and I can’t even get someone to answer the phone or an email, thanks.....

I would like to address everyone's feedback and we do appreciate it even if it is negative. I keep reading these comments waiting for them to turn around. If I had to guess, between a group that I run and a couple friends, DTT has missed out on 20-30k worth of orders just because of wait times alone. This company read the phrase "Penny wise, dollar stupid" and cloned it in their business model.

I've had good luck with this company until recently. They sent me the wrong parts on an upper and any attempts to contact them go unheard. If the Marketing fella comments here, tell me how to best contact you.

Update: DTT contacted me finally. It was within 1/2 hour of making this comment. They are making it right. Just sucks that you have to jump thru so many hoops. Otherwise I'm very happy with their products. it's not top shelf stuff, but's not top shelf prices either.

I made a couple order from here this week and CANNOT reach anyone via phone or email. I’ve read the comments and I’m about 50/50 on weather I’ve made a huge mistake or not. Everyone else receiving their orders?

Edit: Just got a hold of customer service and was reassured that the orders have been received and are being processed. Kind of ironic that I’ve been trying since Tuesday, made my first ever post here and finally get through.......either way, all seems good now.

The prices are really tempting, so I made a purchase 12/10 and finally contacting them before Christmas and they assured me it was shipping out that day. Finally received shipping confirmation yesterday. Hopefully the parts are good, if so I will purchase more.

you're bottom shelf stupid if you order from this company. i should have read the reviews from here and all over the internet before ordering from this slime company. almost 3 weeks now and now shipping info. im pretty sure when/if i ever get it , it wont function properly. seems like whoever puts these upper together has no idea what theyre doing. just a HORRIBLE company from every aspect. for every 20+ negative reviews you might find 1 positive.

I'm just going to wait and see how long it takes to recieve my order. You're already over your shipping time stated on your website.

Only business I've ordered from in over three years that cant get an item out in a two week time frame.

Must be rocket science to print out orders, do them in order and ship out.

I'll also be doing a review on my YouTube channel and making sure that my 34k subscribers know your company is horrible.

Any company, especially small business have faced growing pains or issues at times. If you would follow thru and satisfy their questions regarding your supposed order then they may be able to fix it....from what I see they do respond and try to make it right or explain the situation....

hustle hard is a troll I don't think he has ever ordered anything from you at all or he would be more than willing to give an order number.. hey just on here talking crap because he is probably a Bear Creek arsenal fan or something else...the only thing I would suggest you guys do would include a BCG with your uppers I see a lot of these budget builds and even your elite builds do not include BCG.. that is not a complete upper that is a partial upper.m other than that for under $200 in most cases that is a great price. However I cannot speak for the quality of the barrels because I have never shot one

Cannot confirm nor deny your assessment on HustleHard. We consider the "budget build" Category to be $154.99 and under, once the BCG and Charging Handle is added, it immediately puts it out of that category/price range, it wouldn't be a bad idea to have a budget build BCG and Charging Handle category. I ordered one of their premium uppers and its complete junk. Clearly all pieces are blem items that were not sold as such.

Ordered a 10.5 inch 5.56 upper, got an email fairly quickly and received it within a week and a half. Took it out to shoot and it wouldn’t cycle. I could eject the spent casing and chamber the next round manually, and it would fire. Probably a gas problem. I waited on the phone for about 30 minutes before talking to somebody, they want me to email a video showing what the gun is doing before sending me a return label, even though I explained it in detail over the phone. I live in the city and I don’t have the time to go 30 minutes out to the desert to make a video. I’ve sent several emails stating that I haven’t made the video and asking if I’m past their return policy, no response. So that’s where I’m at with my Davidson Defense gamble.

I ordered an upper and some accessories on Dec 2. Waited a week and then sent an email requesting an update. No response. Waited awhile and sent another follow up. Still no response. I just sat on hold an embarrassingly long amount of time while the same message about call volume repeats every eight seconds (really). Not sure what to do at this point. I understand holiday delays but no communications for over two weeks is bad business. Here’s to hoping I get my stuff or an email soon.

I think the canned response that the company posts on this site is just to sound proactive. I’ve still heard nothing from them. I’m really understanding about the holiday rush but a courtesy response would help with the whole trust factor...especially considering that I’m trusting you with the money you immediately charged.
