Something is wrong here, the site does list this as a 90% lower. That is dangerous as that is considered a firearm, there is a reason people use 80%.
that being said, it sure looks like an 80% receiver
It looks like a 75% upper, ha ha. The picture, if this is even a correct one, doesn't seem to show threads for the receiver extension. I am concerned about the additional machining right in front of this area.
If anybody is thinking of buying one, have the vendor send you a copy of their BATF letter for these "paper weights". Better yet, keep looking, there are better, SAFER, deals out there.
The hole back by the buffer tube area appears to already be milled out making it not an 80% lower.
