Finally a quality made .308 BCG at a reasonable price! Red Barn Armory is pleased to offer this bolt carrier group for your .308 AR / DPMS rifle. The bolt is machined from 9310 hardened steel and HPT / MPI tested and marked, and extractor made from tool steel. The carrier is machined of 8620 steel and finished in a durable melonite coating for increased life and ease of cleaning. Gas key has been installed, torqued to spec and properly staked. Firing pin is machined from stainless steel. Made in USA
Note: Forward assist serrations on side of carrier have been omitted with this BCG, as you will find most high end AR308 receiver sets are not offered with a forward assist. You can still use with an upper that has a forward assist but will be non functional.
