I just clicked on the " buy it at davidson" button above, and unfortunately the link takes you to the 3lb. version of this trigger. I did a search and they don't have the 2.5 lb. trigger on their site. I haven't seen it on their website in months. when I saw this here, I was hoping they were back in stock. I have both the 2.5 lb. & the 3 lb. triggers and love them both. it is hard to tell a difference between the 2, so if you wanted one of these, just get the 3 lb. trigger you'll be happy with it too

I've had this trigger for awhile and love it. I have never had any problems with Davidson Defense, everything I have bought has been good quality and when I started to have trouble with this trigger, I emailed them and they were very helpful and told me what to do. the trouble I had was that the tension set screws that you tighten after installing the trigger had come loose, I tightened them down again and problem is gone! I also have the 3 lb. version of this trigger and it was my favorite, until I got this 2.5 lb. trigger. now I want another one of these. They are very busy and don't always reply right away but they will as soon as they can, and you can always call if you don't want to wait.

I have this trigger on my ar pistol and I'll tell you that it is FANTASTIC. I will say that I placed a 10 item order and had issues with 4 of the 10 items. Customer service was great but quality is not the best.

I got the grey version of this, and I could not be more happy. I shoot it and have been more accurate than ever, my friends shoot it, and they look back after the first round and giggle! Super satisfying trigger. Great price and great quality, for the people that said it was to cheap to be true, and I also thought the same thing. WORTH THE MONEY!

I will never buy DavidsonDefense anything again. Purchased a 16” wylde upper directly, it was over torqued and sheared off the barrel alignment part. I emailed DD and was told that i was SOL

If you could, Please explain why not to use DD. just curious. I recently purchased a Rise Armament RA-434 High Performance Trigger and it is nothing but perfect.

What is the reason for not going back to Omega Mfg, Delta Team Tactical, Davidson Defense - (All three are the same company out of Utah. Don't ask me why they have three different names and web sites) :(

wouldn't buy from these guys.Looks cheap.Go to graniteridgeoutfitters.com and buy a JMT for $85 with anti-roll pins.

Had to many bad experiences with Davidsondefense.com and delta team tactical.com

Save yourself the trouble with these guys.

I looked at the JMT trigger. It says this on there site, Note: When using surplus military ammunition with our Saber trigger you may experience intermittent firing; best when used with high quality factory ammunition. Any idea as to why this would be?

Military ammo usually has harder primers which require full power hammer springs, some upgraded triggers usually have lighter hammer springs which may decrease reliable ignitions of military primers whichwgdecrease

You get what you pay for with the JMT. It's okay if you're willing to sand down the sharp edges of the trigger. The pins are shit, so don't consider them to be a free bonus. JMT should be embarrassed to provide 0.150" pins for 0.155" holes. I have several sub-$150 drop in triggers, and the JMT is definitely the worst of the bunch. For cheap triggers, I usually recommend a RA-140 from Rise Armament which frequently goes on sale for about $100.

Lots of good reviews for RA140. Good TTAG review with instrumented graphs of pull weights and defects of a dozen or more triggers. RA140 won the value hands down. Only issue is the review needs an update with more recent entries

I wish I had noticed that you responded before I ordered the JMT. The pins are junk and the trigger has more creep that my Anderson milspec trigger.

Sometimes triggers that have a weak spring cannot ignite some primers.

This disclaimer is not cyclical to that product, it's a disclaimer used by many manufacturers that have lighter than what a mil spec trigger would have.

If you think about it, a military trigger can be 5lbs to upwards of 10lbs.

Most of my AR's have Wilson Combat single stage 4.5lb triggers, this triggers can ignite most anything, I cannot remember the last time I had a FTF due to soft primer strike. It happens though.

I try to avoid junk ammo, I try to buy quality ammo when it's on sale and cheap.

As far as this trigger goes, never owned one so I couldn't tell you if it's a quality product or not. Just answering your querry
