The M&P 15 II should be on list since it's selling for $499 these days
Happy to see such good prices still, wonder how many months more it can possibly last. I decided not to chance it much longer and recently picked up an Armalite Eagle for $479 shipped and an Anderson w/ nitride Bcg for $465 shipped. These things are practically in parts kits price range for fully assembled rifles ready to go. Granted castle nuts weren't staked at all but that's a quick fix at home with the right tools. Bcgs were staked though which matters more to me. How much longer can it possibly stay this way with the election getting closer and closer? In a few months I'm sure a lot of people will be seriously kicking themselves for not jumping on a deal earlier. Just throwing that out there for thought.
Edit: Also it helps to live in S Florida, home of $9-15 transfer fees and $5 background checks!!!!
For what it's worth I've built dozens of rifles and taken a couple of them to carbine classes one literally stays in the bed of my truck (locked topper) the 4 I have right now I have beat up pretty good. The one in my truck has at least three thousand steel rounds through it. I quit staking castle nuts years ago. Blue loctite holds them great. Never had an issue.
More of an 80% fan myself but whatever floats your boat.
Must be all that gun "takin" causing record low prices. Reverse psychology....yeah that's it!
I wouldn't waste my money buying these. You should take up tennis or long distance running. Nothing to see here, just move along. You should buy a .22 LR rifle instead. A cheap shotgun makes a better defensive option. MINE, MINE... ALL MINE AND NO ONE ELSE! GET AWAY!!
Go ahead an buy these up at $600, come April they will be $50 to $100 less. The Del-ton sport just got listed for $479 today from Ky Gun . Prices will return to all time lows soon.
Great. Don't tell anyone else and maybe they'll go lower. Shhhh. We will split them up between ourselves.
Seriously, I already own 4 ARs. I don't need any more. I just am amazed by some of the very decent quality carbines available at such good prices. We probably are living in the golden age of AR buying with an over-abundance of guns and manufacturers. Not sure how long that can last before some of these makers fall by the wayside from the market forces. I am sure you are right that they'll come down a bit more in price. I may not be able to control myself.
It's taking every bit of self control I have to wait a month or two. I keep looking at PSA's build kits, adding one to the cart, and backing out. I'm looking for prices to get close to September 2015. A month or two ago some folks were saying "you'll never see those prices again". Well I think those prices are just around the corner, barring some idiot shooting something up. The Del-Ton I mentioned for $480 still hasn't sold out yet. I think that is a sign of cheaper prices. But why do I think I need another AR?????
Buy an AR or blow the money on wine, women and song... hmm... maybe just one more AR before I hit the strip club?
So much for my self control. I bought the Smith M&P (not the sport) from Buds today for $628. The msrp is $1200, I couldn't resist. Another AR for the collection.
Another reason I'll never try meth.
Ok, you got me looking now and gave me the itch. The only thing I can see is the Sport II models priced at that. Great gun with the melonite barrel and added forward assist and dust cover. Is that what you got or did you get a chrome lined M & P model? New or used?
Somehow Buds offered this for $628 https://gun.deals/product/sw-mp15-223-rifle-982....
It's the MPN 811000. Not the sport or sport 2. Straight up M&P. An offer I couldn't refuse. $1200 msrp.
Congrats. I've got two Sports myself and like them.
Last week it was AR's under $500. What happened?
Over 200 ???? Uhmmmmm do they see something coming and want to unload them before they are stuck with them “ just wondering “
