I finally received my Magazine. Ordered on Jan /7/ 13 till Feb/ 27 the product is excellent too bad Mako Customer Lack of Service is not the same. I understand the high demand but if they communicated and answered e-mail question ? Then maybe there would not be so many bad reviewers . Maybe they should higher some people to Handel the higher demand . Especially since their making so much profit from the elevated sales and demands . :((g

so many whiners out there. good lord. buy it or don't buy it folks. just know the possibilities the prices will come down by the time they ship. And yes, i have orders in with a few folks for basic things like bolt carrier groups, lpks, stocks, etc.. I have not ordered ANY mags because i had the foresight to have a ton of them on hand. I just want to finish out all those lowers that are sitting unfinished. most places are slammed. many smaller places don't have immediate inventory online like the big guys who probably have upc scanners for inventory. And even then, they can be wrong if an employee manually over-rides things.

just relax, have a chill pill, enjoy the weapons you have and our freedoms of being able to buy firearms so easily as well as parts. not many other countries give us all this freedom nor even websites to save a ton of $ like this one.

You guys bitching are idiots. Between the order numbers posted on the forums for the 24-25th and my order number from late on the 26th, there was over 2000 individual orders. They have said orders are handed out in groups to people, so numbers may not ship in sequential order. They stated orders are charged when submitted on the shopping cart. To not charge your card untill the item ships would just slow down the entire process even further. They said shipped orders are not even being put in the web order system- You may receive your order before you even get a ship notification....This is to speed up the process. They wern't setup to deal to the public on this scale...not one vendor was. If one person can complete an order in 10 minutes, thats 48 orders/day/person. They would have to have 20 people working non-stop per shift to do about 1000 orders a shift. Id say if they got out 700, they'd be doing good. The holidays screwed up the last 2 work weeks...most likely only worked wed-fri. I dont expect for my order to show up before the 11th. Give them some slack. Alot of vendors just closed down their online shops to catch up...people bitching about that also. Either way the vendors cant win w/ you pissy panic buyers. You should be thankful.

Great mags, great price in current market and good straight forward folks to deal with. People are getting this mags. And its much better than $35-40-50 Pmags. Quality is very good too. It takes long time because they shipped as bulk and these folks are sorting each mag into plastic packaging. Today people are getting orders placed on December 24. So yeah give it 2-3 weeks as good word is are spreading and they have more and more orders.

Hmmm. You say "good straight forward folks to deal with"???
When I ordered on Dec 26, their site said "In stock", lots of stock, order all you want...with shipping in 3 to 5 days.
They sure charged my card right away, funds cleared on the 28th, and when I log into my account there, it still says "processing"

I know of a few others in the same boat

I sent an email to them inquiring what was going on and if there was any issue I can help clarify......NO response back.,.. ever, ....nada....

Hoping they do come through.....we'll report back when/if I ever get them and how they are...

but...Straight forward folks? I don't get that impression at all.

You do realize that if you placed your order on Dec 26, today Jan 7 is only the 6th business day. Most business, including UPS, were closed on 12/31 and 1/1. So, they are only 1 day off schedule as of now.

do you aware that an entire company from CEO and down are actualy hand packing these mags for people like you and me. Dont be ignorant in public. Its offensive.

I am being ignorant? I don't think so.
I and many others were misled by the "in stock"

To top it off, no response to a courteous inquiry, even offering any help incase I messed up something.

Then, a week later, I see more posts going up on other sites, saying how they have such a large inventory and order away!

And, a reputable company would not charge my card till ready to ship......

Jury is still out if they can make this right in my book.

I am just stating the facts as I have experienced to inform the "public"

Ultimately, it's their choice

Don't worry your not alone nor being ignorant. Dip shit giving you a hard time is probably an employee of Mako Group anyway.

I know of four people on arfcom that have been waiting for their magazines to ship since the 15th. None of them are late to the party as one I know personally has 100+ magazines in 223 alone. Far from panic buying, just adding to the supply should our great kenyan leader chimp out and think the US Constitution is subject to his whim.

Mako's customer service is bullshit at best and their claims of the CEO running to Israel one an emergency trip and himself packing boxes is laughable. They conveniently choose to not answer their phones or return calls/emails even before the panic buying started.

Best advice I can give is call whoever issued your card and file a fraud report and get the charges reversed to. If you paid for a product over the internet and never receive it BY LAW Mako runs into issues with interstate credit card fraud.

The very fact that in this times you are shopping for mags tells me that you are one of those late to the show. Now in this mad market you are trying to get something as quick as possible. Take a cold shower and look around. You want a cheap mag delivered in two day? Build a time machine and travel back in time.

You presume to know much, but in fact, know nothing of my situation or when I joined "the show"

And...who said anything about 2 days?

You should write a fiction novel since you seem to be adept at imagining and fabricating information and facts...

Exchange with you is pointless anyway, so go ahead, have the last word.....

Do not expect these any time soon. They were telling customers the last two weeks of December it would be a week. Then two weeks. Not they have posted on their facebook it is 3 weeks minimum. Also these are not made in the US, the quality is fine that is not the issue. They are stamped, hand built, packed and shipped from Israel. Then they have to wait to make it into the US thru the NY Ports and then to the Mako offices which are already weeks behind.

The only up side to a 19$ new steel mag is the quality. Down sides are the price but everything is higher due the panic buying. The wait time may or may not be a deal killer for some. Mako WILL charge your card (debit or credit) the very moment you place your order. So if you do not need these for weeks and you are ok with having money tied up for weeks these might be for you.
