Does anyone have size dimensions on this? I bought a cheap free float tube for a friend and installed it on his rifle and it was too thick for my liking. I want something that is close to the M4 Knight's Armament rail in terms of thickness, anyone have any suggestions?

Literally bought this exact rail on ebay for $35 shipped about 2 months ago. Prices on these have seem to have gone up after they started removing AR-15 items.
