Why cant you buy 5 at once? 4473 should be allowed for 5.
You can. Section A of ATF Form 4473 has 3 lines to list 3 firearms. If you need to transfer more than 3 at one time you can do it on one 4473 submission. The FFL should have copies of "4473 Cont. - Firearms Transaction Record Continuation Sheet (ATF Form 5300.9A)" available that has lines numbered from 4 to 29 to enter the info of other firearms being transferred in the single submission. Build a 204 Ruger or 17 Remington heavy-barrel varminter on one, depending on needs.
Build a 223 Wylde heavy-barrel varminter on a second.
Build a 16" dissipater or mid-length with a pencil barrel chambered in 204 or 17 as a called-coyote rifle.
Build a 350 Legacy, 450 Bushmaster, 458 SOCOM, or 12.7x42mm thumper. NB: There are proprietary cartridges that will work in this role too.
That's four of them. The fifth one could be built into an AR-22, another thumper, another heavy barrel varmint rifle, or another called-coyote rifle, or used as a paperweight.
