Nice deal

If you purchase the $100 gift cards for $80 on Ebay from SVM when they come available, one is able to purchase Anderson Lowers from Cabelas for $39.99 plus tax (no FFL Fee) with store pickup. I understand not everyone lives where a Cabelas is nearby so this deal only works if you buy the gift cards and have a Cabelas in your area..

I just pulled the trigger on 5. $34.99 a piece on sale. Yes, $9.89 flat rate for shipping. I paid the $2.39 for insurance. I also paid the non-cash 3% up charge ($5.XX). An FFL that I use a good bit charges $30 for the first and then $10 each additional transfer ($70) including the background check. No taxes. All in, about $260ish. Average approx. $52/receiver in hand. I'll take it. YMMV. Last Anderson receiver I bought at a local shop ended up costing me $80 when it was all said and done.

This doesn't ship for free. I was charged $9.89 for shipping so bump up the price overall depending on where you live.

And don’t forget to add the FFL fee; by the time you have it in your possession that’s going to be around $70.

Find a FFL that will transfer for less. Most of you and most people do not shop around for FFLs. There are databases of FFLs, and even for sites, like Buds, list FFL fees. There are a crap ton of FFLs in my area. There are some idiots who pay $25-$50 per serial when there are FFLs that only charge $25 for the first 3 serials, and $5 or $10 each additional. When I only do one singular transfer, I there's a guy that only charges $15 per item that I go too. I'm sure if I made a few calls, and searched around, I could find someone who'd do it for $10... If you're paying $70+ to transfer a few lowers, that's your dumb@ss fault.
