I ended up buying one. Found a few reviews on youtube. Looks promising. The reviews I watched show it running without issue. Ordered a SGM Tactical Saiga 12 Gauge 12-Round Magazine from elsewhere to try and pair with it. Should accept most any 1919 Mags. I think any jamming would come from a bad magazine. I'll lube it up and see what happens.

Cons I picked up in reviews. Mag release is awkward. Front picatinny mag probably going to take some filing to get it to slide on and off how you want. Only 1 sling loop at the rear. Cheek riser doesn't have much adjust ability. Red dot probably will require a riser to use properly.

I'm honestly more curious about how reliable this thing actually is. It is hard to build a good bullpup. It is hard to build a gas operated semi auto shotgun that will be able to cycle different load especially lighter loads such as birdshot or target load. And it is hard to build a good reliable magazine. You combined the 3 from a small manufacturer that's not well known... Either they are really good at what they are doing or there will be at least one if not multiple issues. Maybe a few years later gun Jesus will review this on forgotten weapons lol.

Technically it shouldn't, unless there is something of pined or welded to the barrel.

Also "Picatinny rail system allows you to use a spare mag as a vertical foregrip" seems dumb as fuck on a shot gun. Aaannd if you're building something from scratch, why in hell would you choose an AR charging handle? It's the worst part of the AR platform.

How does this get around the 18 inch barrel requirement set by the National Firearms Act? To my knowledge a shotgun must have a barrel length of at least 18 inches to not be designated an SBS. Am I incorrect about that, or is there some kind of loophole going on here with the 16 inch barrel?

Edit: All of the websites selling it say it has a 20 inch barrel. Apparently the ad here is mistaken about the barrel length being 16 inches.

Does anybody know if compatible with 1919 magazines?
